This legal notice includes the general conditions regulating access to and use of the https://.all-is-one.net and https://inforestratega.com websites

(hereinafter "the Website"), held and owned by Inforestratega, S.L.U., a

company constituted under the protection of law 13/2007 of 17 November 2015,

which creates the public company Inforestratega S.L.U.. 925445

D, al foli 275/2015, registered in the

corporate register , number 925445, pages 275-2015, dated 17

November 2015, with NRT L-710626-M, and offices at Avd.del Cresp 3 Edf. Laura E.B.

AD300 LLorts (hereinafter "Inforestratega"). Access to the Website is free of charge. Prior subscription or registration is not required to view it.

The Website provides general information about the country and its different parishes to promote the Principality of Andorra internationally.

Inforestratega S.L.U.

assumes no liability for damages of any nature that may arise from the use of the information contained on the Website or the programs

on it, which may cause any of the following (by way of example, but not limited to that indicated herein): errors or omissions in content, lack

of availability of the Website, the transmission of viruses or malware or damaging content, despite all of the necessary technological measures

to avoid the aforementioned having been adopted.

The information

contained on the Website is valid for the date of the last update. Inforestratega does not guarantee the absence of errors accessing the

Website or its content and will take the corresponding measures to prevent and/or correct such errors or update information when errors are

identified. Inforestratega reserves the right to modify and update the Website's information, appearance, configuration and access conditions

at any time without prior notice. Likewise, Inforestratega reserves the right to modify and/or fully or partially omit contents of the Website

as well as restrict access to it. In the event services must be maintained, repaired, updated or improved, Inforestratega reserves the

right to temporarily suspend access to the Website without prior notice as well as the right to provide or cancel services, notwithstanding

notification of users if the circumstances permit. The use of this Website and the information provided therein is the responsibility of

the user. Third parties may not establish a framing relationship between their website and the Website. Inforestratega is not responsible for

third party information that can be accessed via links on the Website.

The Portal may contain links to third-party websites made available to users for the sole purpose of allowing them to access the content

thereof, as well as any products and/or services that may be of interest to them. These websites are at no time managed or controlled by Inforestratega. The inclusion of links to third-party sites does not entail any connection between Inforestratega and the owners of any linked

content owned, managed or controlled by third parties, even where such services and content may be accessed through the Portal. Any contractual

or non-contractual relationship that may take place between a user and any third parties contacted through the Portal are understood for all

legal purposes to take place only and exclusively between the user and the third parties in question. The user accepts that Inforestratega is

not liable for any damage or harm of any kind arising in relation to contractual or non-contractual negotiations, conversations and/or

relationships between the user and any third parties contacted through the Portal. The user shall take note of any legal provisions, notices

and/or warnings that third-party portals may set forth for the use thereof.

User’s responsibility

Users are responsible for compliance with current laws and obligations, and rules applicable to the use of products and applications. Use of the Website in bad faith is prohibited, especially but not limited to the following: use contrary to Andorran regulations or that infringes the rights of

third parties; publication or transmission of content that is violent, obscene, abusive, illegal, racial, xenophobic or defamatory; alteration

or intervention by fraudulent means in personal websites or emails or systems of other users or third parties without their authorisation;

cracks, program serial numbers or any other content that infringes on the intellectual rights of third parties; the collection and/or use of

personal data of other users without their express consent or in breach of the provisions of personal data protection law 15/2003; use of the

email server, domain or email addresses for the purpose of unwanted email, spam, spoofing, fraud on behalf of third parties, the 419 scam,

pharming, dissemination of viruses (Trojans, etc.) or any other manner of activity related to fraudulent or criminal purposes. Accessing,

modifying or viewing the configuration, structure or files of the Website's servers is expressly prohibited. In the event of any issue

that may arise with the Website's servers and security systems as a direct result of user negligence, the user will assume the corresponding

Inforestratega undertakes not to provide false advertising. Formal and numeric errors that may be found in the content of different sections of the Website due to maintenance, and/or incomplete or faulty updating of the information contained in these sections of the Website as a result of

that mentioned in this section will not be considered false advertising. Inforestratega will undertake to correct this type of situation as

soon as the errors come to our attention.
